First Class: non-automation, pre sorted rates is $.414 per piece, automation rates is $0.335 to $0.382 per piece.
Standard Mail (Third Class): Non-automation pre sorted rates is $.256 to $.273 per piece. Automation rates is $.193 to $.270 per piece. (Update May 11, 2009)
