Who wouldn't
want to take advantage of the huge savings offered by the
Postal Service under the new "automation compatible" mail
standards? The key is using proper design to qualify for discounts.
Check the two self-mailer designs below.

Design "B" will cost more because it's designed with the
opening on the bottom. Both qualify for the automation compatible
savings even when the ZIP+4 and bar code are printed on the
face of the piece. The opening needs to be at the top of the
piece needing only affixing one tab, which will lower your
cost in processing.
